Refund and Cancellation

Replacement

  • Replacement of products may be considered in the case of in-transit damage if such instances are reported within 24 hours of product delivery.
  • The product in question needs to be returned for replacement. Without return of the product, replacement is not permitted.
  • Used products are strictly not allowed for replacement.

Return

  • Products are delivered on a non-returnable basis.
  • Return is allowed only in case of delivery of incorrect or damaged products, with damage proof by the delivery authority.

Refund

  • A refund of the delivered product is permitted where there is order cancellation by the company.
  • Refunds can happen via e-vouchers, gift cards, or transfer into the customer bank account.
  • Refunds via e-voucher can be redeemed on the next purchase within the validity date.
  • Refunds to bank accounts are subject to product check clearance.
  • Refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts. The customer initiating the refund should match the bank account holder.
  • Cash refunds are not allowed for COD orders.
  • Refunds will only be initiated after we have physically received the returned shipment.
  • Refunds will not be applicable in case a customer has self-shipped the item and the package is lost in transit.

Refund Timeline

  • Minimum time: 10 days
  • Maximum time: 30 days
  • Timeline depends on the issue involved.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order for a full refund if you cancel within 1 day of placing the order.
  • Cancellations after 1 day may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
