Cancellation Policy
If the organizers cancel the event for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund of your booking amount. Razorpay payment gateway charges (as applicable) are non-recoverable as they are charged by the payment processor.
If you cancel your booking, 20% amount of the total cost will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded.
GST Policy
GST is added on the booking amount. Remaining amount will be payable on-site with GST.
Slot Confirmation
Participation is confirmed only after successful payment verification and the generation of a unique entry pass ID.
Entry Pass
A unique entry pass will be generated for each booking, which must be presented at the event entrance for access. Entry is subject to verification of the pass and compliance with event guidelines.
